The Law Firm has an important specialization in judicial and extrajudicial assistance to leading international Insurance Companies, with reference to financial line policies, All Risks, casualty, property and Directors & Officers policies, and to custody and accidents at work liability.
The Firm also provides consultancy services relating to any contract matter, professional activity of credit recovery, and judicial assistance and consultancy services to medium-large Italian and foreign companies, as manufacturers of consumer goods, operators in the field of network infrastructures, distributors of medical devices and machinery for the graphic industry, and professionals.
In addition, the firm advises on data protection, cybersecurity, criminal administrative liability, compliance whistleblowing and corporate governance, thank to lawyers with 20 years’ experience in these matters.
Assistance is also dedicated to private individuals, both Italian and foreign, in a wide range of situations, but always with a tailor-made approach, including assistance in labor law matters such as the negotiation of contracts aimed at top managers, non-competition agreements, stability pacts, . and/or the settlement of labor disputes.
The Firm provides defences before any grade of Civil Courts as well as in the ADR procedures.
