In particular, she has developed significant expertise in judicial matters related to sales contracts (including international trades) and professional liability.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">She assists commercial companies in the drafting of various contracts and in debt recovery, including the recovery vis-\u00e0-vis public bodies, supporting creditors in insolvency proceedings, as well as in commercial related matters.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In 2021 and 2022, she was accredited as a Professional Partner of <i>Sole 24ore Avvocati<\/i> in Insurance Law as well as Debt Collection and Enforcement.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Some of her key qualities include her pragmatic nature and ability to listen to and honour her clients\u2019 needs. Thanks to this, she is better able to analyse the complex implications of disputes, thus bringing about solutions that clients are satisfied with at a faster rate than usual.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">She class=\"p1\">During an initial cooperation with a law firm in London, she developed a strong familiarity with drafting international opinions and contracts, and in particular, agency, distribution and franchising agreements.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">She then developed a widely varied experience in different fields of civil law, favouring and supporting the management and resolution of conflicts, mainly thanks to her high level of competency and strong aptitude for mediation.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">She currently provides consultancy and professional activity both in the judicial and extrajudicial fields, to individuals, professionals and companies, assisting various entrepreneurial realities on an ongoing and loyal basis.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">She offers advice on trust matters and was appointed by the Family Division of the Court of Milan between 2002 and 2016, as trustee of a trust fund established under English law for the regulation of family relationships.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">A strong believer in the importance of training in this profession, she has collaborated as a teacher at Ius &amp; Law Srl for over 15 years, a training centre which tutors students in passing the State bar She has 20 years of experience in data protection, including all aspects related to privacy management in labor relations, compliance 2001\/231 and corporate governance, spending also around 10 years in the oil &amp; gas sector, as head of legal affairs of the Galsi project (Algeria-Italy gas pipeline via Sardinia), managing, among others, all contractual matters and tenders.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">She assists both Italian and foreign clients. She has collaborated with leading international firms.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">She is Supervisory Board (<i>Organismo di Vigilanza<\/i>) of several companies.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Between 2002 and 2005, she was a lecturer in postgraduate courses for faculty of Political Science at the State University on copyright and digitization of Public Administration.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">She has published articles for U.S. and Italian journals regarding privacy in Europe, and more recently on artificial intelligence, and publishes articles for agendadigitale.eu on a regular basis. Teramo, and collaborated with the same professorship as an expert in the subject until obtaining her PhD in 2023 (University of Teramo).<\/p><p>She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2016 and provided judicial and extrajudicial consultancy and legal assistance in Avezzano (AQ) until the year 2024 before moving to Milan. She has dealt with traditional legal issues as well as international trade law, gaining experience in the field of international contracts, customs law, transnational payments and debt recovery abroad. She has advised on import\/export matters, also gaining D-T.E.M. status at the Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE).<\/p><p>She has been a research fellow at the Scuola Universitaria Superiore Sant&#8217;Anna in Pisa from 2023 to 2024, dealing with the law of new technologies such as blockchain and smart contracts, NFT, metaverse, virtual real estate, and data re-use for scientific purposes. She is the author of several scientific publications on these topics.<\/p><p>She is a member of the Young Lawyers Association of Milan and head of the \u2018International and Humanitarian Law\u2019 Department of the T. Bucciarelli of the AIGA (Italian Association of Young Lawyers).<\/p><p>She is a native speaker of Russian and she is also fluent in English.<\/p><p>She is a member of the Avezzano (AQ) Bar
